Shipping carriers

We use DHL and USPS for standard, expedited, and priority delivery services. After fulfillment, transit ordinarily takes 1–7 business days unless a carrier experiences an unavoidable delay. Express delivery through FedEx and USPS is also available for an added charge. Select the preferred shipping option during checkout. Transit estimates can vary, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Fulfillment guarantee

We understand that customers want their packages quickly and will fulfill each order as soon as possible. If no shipping-confirmation email has arrived by the third business day after the order was placed, please contact our Support team for help.

Freight and shipping forwarders

Orders may not be delivered to freight forwarders or shipping-forwarding services. Any order intended for one of those services will be cancelled and fully refunded.
